At Nyxen, we are taking a different route. We are staying independent, self-funded, and lean.

Here is why:

1. Direct Feedback Loop When you don't have board meetings to prepare for, you can spend 100% of your time talking to users, analyzing telemetry (privacy-respecting, of course), and refactoring code.

2. Design Integrity Staying independent means we answer only to our users. We don't need dark UX patterns to hit monthly sign-up metrics. If a feature doesn't add immediate utility, we remove it.

3. Sustainable Growth By keeping our burn rate incredibly low and hosting our infrastructure transparently, we can build tools like NyChat, BingeKaro, and Venz AI to last.
